Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 1942295 Alberta Ltd. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and organize and maintain inventory.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, and spreadsheet software.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, organized, and reliable.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
