Fidelity Canada is seeking a highly skilled Institutional Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional Distribution division, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales, Client Management, and Consultant Relations teams.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for external inquiries and reporting requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing of daily tasks and complex issues.
- Coordinate with clients, record-keepers, client managers, operations, Fidelity account executives, portfolio services, and portfolio managers to ensure seamless execution of client-initiated trades.
- Support the Institutional team with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needs, including monthly statements, fund holdings, and asset allocations.
- Prepare capitalized distribution letters, support clients with audit requests, and respond to other external client requests.
- Investigate ad hoc requests, including cash/position breaks, overdraft queries, proxy voting enquiries, FX queries, and other general questions for separate accounts.
- Timely completion of divisional projects and support of business initiatives.
- Completion of a university degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations/client services/institutional roles within the financial services industry.
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French preferred.
