Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Transit Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Provide project coordination and administrative support to project managers and teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to project managers to inform decision-making.
  • Contract Management: Review and manage contract documents, construction drawings, and procurement lists.
  • Progress Tracking: Track project progress, productivity, and costs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present job cost reports to management.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from a relevant program, such as Civil Engineering, Technologist, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, engineering, or transportation.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work accurately under pressure, and adaptability to flexible work schedules.
