Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to lead our team in delivering exceptional architectural projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of projects from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent experience.
  • 10-15 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • LEED credential required within 6 months of employment.
  • Strong knowledge of design, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
  • Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, sustainability, and integrated design.
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
