Job Title: Project Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at HOK. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and quality.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Design Process (IDP).
- Proficiency in hand and CAD drafting, Revit, and 3D modeling software.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
- Licensed Architect with current registration in your region (if licensure is offered in your region).
