About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at 9120459 Canada Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people.
