About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and equipment to perform their duties.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our facilities management operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
