We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at 9120459 Canada Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance as required.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
