Position Overview

As a Senior Warehouse Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse activities. Your expertise will contribute to the overall productivity and safety of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Staging and Sorting: Organize and prepare products for loading to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Loading and Unloading: Efficiently handle the loading and unloading of trailers.
  • Process Oversight: Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to provide visibility into processes and projects.
  • Warehouse Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of warehouse functions to lead operations effectively.
  • Safety Leadership: Uphold and promote safety standards and well-being initiatives during your shift.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Material Handling: Move materials within the warehouse and manage packaging for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct quality control checks.
  • Damage Control: Identify and manage damaged products throughout the handling process.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication with team members across different shifts.
  • Documentation: Complete daily logs and record unit movements accurately.
  • Operational Support: Assist in assembling product containers and crates as needed.
  • Perishable Goods Management: Sort and store perishable items in appropriate conditions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assemble and prepare customer orders for distribution.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment as required.
  • Additional Tasks: Undertake other projects and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
