About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize results
  • Client Engagement
    • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their marketing needs are met
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences
    • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
    • Provide input and guidance to team members on marketing strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
