About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Advertising and Sales Promotion
    • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
    • Design and implement advertising campaigns across various channels
    • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales promotion strategies
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and edit marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
    • Conduct research and gather information to create engaging content
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content
  • Digital Marketing
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketing
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
    • Or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
