About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at SRS Property Mgmt Corporation. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and write engaging content for various marketing channels, including reports, briefs, website content, and social media.
  • Spokesperson: Act as a representative of our organization, communicating with stakeholders, and providing information about our services.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote our brand and services.
  • Portfolio Development: Create a portfolio of marketing materials that showcase our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Business Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Communications: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Marketing Planning: Prepare marketing plans to align with business objectives and strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Requirements Analysis: Assess the requirements of our establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Social Programs: Develop social programs to engage with customers and promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, organized, and reliable.
