About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at FirstTecPro. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including online and offline platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, sales promotion, and market research
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bing Ads Accreditation and Google AdWords Certification
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce
  • Experience with HTML editing software and WordPress
