Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Member Service Representatives to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and customer service abilities.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Member Services, to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure efficient cash management and oversee all security-related matters in accordance with Coast Capital's standards.
  • Recruit, select, engage, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role, with a minimum of four years of experience in a bank or credit union.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Investment Funds in Canada certificate.
  • Strong ability to resolve member complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for coaching and developing employees to achieve success.
  • Strong knowledge of banking systems and technology.
