Key Responsibilities- Network Administration
- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
- Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Hardware and Software Management
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software to ensure high availability and performance.
- User Support
- Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Security and Compliance
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect network systems and data from unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for network security and data protection.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, IT infrastructure, or related field.

- Excellent technical skills in network administration, hardware, and software management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
