Night Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Wyndham Fallsview. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 40 hours per week
