Liaison College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Vice-President, Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select middle managers and directors, delegate authority, and create working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
- Supervise 3-4 people
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 42 hours per week
