About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kickers Sports Bar & Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our beverage menu, including wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic options.
  • Customer Service: Provide recommendations on drink selections and advise customers on wine choices.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock to ensure efficient service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Preparation and Service: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service to our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willing to train and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a variety of settings, including evenings and weekends.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
