About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Kickers Sports Bar & Grill. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and ensuring a tidy workspace.
  • Drink Recommendations: Advise customers on wine selection and provide recommendations on drink options to enhance their experience.
  • Inventory Management: Order bar stock and maintain inventory control to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
  • Work Environment: Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in English.
  • Work Schedule: Work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
Requirements
