About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
    • Restock refrigerators, salad bars, and other kitchen areas as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, are clean and sanitized at all times.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
    • Sharpen kitchen knives and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
      • Will train on the job.
    • Language and Work Environment
      • Fluency in English is required.
      • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
