About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and other store operations as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive store experience.
Requirements
  • Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in natural wellness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and their features.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive store experience.
