Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Consultant to join our team at Best Buy Express in Georgian Mall. As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized sales experiences.
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, including upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing to provide accurate and informed sales recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
