We are actively seeking Business Partner Support Agents to deliver exceptional service to our Lendcare partners nationwide. This position entails assisting and addressing inquiries from our merchant partners in a business-to-business context. The perfect candidate will possess a customer service background and excel in a dynamic team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure our Partners' needs are consistently met
  • Respond to partner inquiries and requests via phone, chat, and email
  • Assess partners' requirements and effectively resolve questions
  • Take responsibility for issues and ensure resolution from beginning to end
  • Deliver exceptional service in all interactions
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in inbound customer service, call center, or sales roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours/week)

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9am-5pm
