Job Title: Systems Quality Assurance Specialist

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and ensure that our products and solutions meet their needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that our systems meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
