Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Control Budgets: Develop and implement budgets for healthcare services, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Establish Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Staff: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure high-quality healthcare services.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers and suppliers.
  • Develop Evaluation Systems: Design and implement evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee Data Analysis: Analyze data and information to inform decision-making and improve healthcare services.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare regular reports on healthcare services, including metrics and trends.
  • Coordinate Work: Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Consult with Stakeholders: Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assign and Review Projects: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful implementation.
  • Plan and Direct Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high-quality healthcare services.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in healthcare management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
