Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with healthcare providers and vendors.
- Evaluation and Analysis: Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and oversee the analysis of data and information.
- Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports to inform decision-making.
- Team Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
- Consultation: Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to inform strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
