The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for delivery of health care services, and overseeing the analysis of data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Hire, train, direct and motivate staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the financial sustainability of our medical services.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure timely and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of reports and analysis of data and information to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
