Momentum Financial Services Group_new is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Central Authorization Agent to join our team. As a Central Authorization Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service support to our retail stores in North America.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to retail stores, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant products and current support policies to provide technically accurate solutions to users.
- Training and Development: Participate in training workshops as required to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Performance Metrics: Meet standards in all key performance indicators and metrics as directed by management.
- Commercial Accounts: Approve all new commercial business accounts, negotiate rate structures, and maintain records for commercial business customers.
- Communication: Interface directly with store staff via phone, chat, and email to provide customer service and support.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in store experience.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French is essential for this role, as the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French is required.
- Skills: Demonstrated exceptional customer service, ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and technical proficiency in relevant operating systems, applications, and/or languages.
