Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Apex Liquor Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and inventory management.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
