Vice President, Legal Affairs and Risk Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Legal Affairs and Risk Management to join our team at Princeton Holdings. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance on risk management matters across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and guidance on investment activities, including fund manager due diligence and compliance.
- Oversee bank and custodian relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage legal matters related to owned and leased property, including executive ownership of information security.
- Lead the group's P&C insurance coverage matters, including policy renewal and claims.
- Monitor and advise on general legal matters, including regulatory and legislative policy.
- Manage trademarks and overall corporate policies, including investments, HR, and IT.
- Assist with due diligence and M&A activities, both in the operating company and through direct investments.
We are looking for a certified professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal work experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm. You should have a proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience simplifying and resolving complex problems.
You will be a highly focused individual with attention to detail, able to collaborate well with others and communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Your excellent drafting skills, including agreements and contracts, will be essential in this role.
