About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Legal Affairs and Risk Management to join our team at Princeton Holdings. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to our organization, while also overseeing our risk management and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on investment activities, including fund manager due diligence and document review.
  • Oversee bank and custodian relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage legal matters related to owned and leased property, including executive ownership of information security.
  • Lead the group's P&C insurance coverage matters, including policy renewal and claims.
  • Monitor and report on regulatory and legislative policy changes, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage trademarks and overall corporate policies, including investments, HR, and IT.
  • Assist with due diligence and M&A activities, both in the operating company and through direct investments.
About You

We are looking for a certified professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant legal work experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting. You should have a proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience simplifying and resolving complex problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate well with others.
