Position Summary: As a Senior Sales Associate I, you will utilize your retail expertise to enhance customer experiences and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Service Expertise: Achieve personal sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service that embodies the Kate Spade experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive knowledge of all product categories to assist customers effectively.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work alongside Store Manager and Assistant Manager to foster a culture of selling and initiate in-store events that drive business.
  • Brand Representation: Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand philosophy and aesthetic to both the sales team and customers, building strong relationships as a brand ambassador.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record in enhancing a selling culture.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
