About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Eco Fresh Mart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Operate cash registers, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the display of merchandise, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Technical Skills: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems, and perform data entry tasks as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Work Setting: Retail business
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
