About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to lead our Clothing department at Kingsway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a daily sales plan to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain a positive work environment that fosters a culture of excellence and customer obsession.
- Communicate effectively with the team, customers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry is an asset.
