Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing BSI's auditing services to designated clients, ensuring compliance with all BSI, scheme, and regulatory standards for effective and timely service delivery that aligns with client expectations. The role involves conducting various audit types as either a Team Leader or Team Member. The ideal applicant will possess full qualifications and substantial experience as a bilingual IATF auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a designated portfolio of clients based on geographical location, ensuring alignment with qualifications and contractual obligations as determined by Planners.
  • Engage with clients to confirm audit schedules, plan assessments, arrange travel, execute evaluations, and manage reporting of results.
  • Travel safely to client sites and stay overnight as necessary.
  • Maintain oversight of client accounts to ensure accurate management of records, visit cycles, invoicing, and related matters to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the Competence Development plan and requirements established by the Manager.
  • Progress towards achieving assessor and subsequently Lead Assessor status through the designated program, maintaining auditor and scheme qualifications.
  • Lead audit teams when required and provide mentorship to new or less experienced colleagues to fulfill business needs.
  • Participate in mandatory training and comply with all procedures, processes, and policies at BSI regarding client management, remote office operations, equipment usage, and both internal and external communications.
  • Undertake additional assignments as necessary to meet business objectives related to assessment delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered IATF 16949 auditor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in third-party auditing with an accredited certification body.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French is essential.
