LiquiDonate is seeking a dedicated intern to support our Marketing and Communications department. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Marketing and Communications, Nicole Brose, to enhance our outreach efforts.
About LiquiDonate:
LiquiDonate facilitates the donation and distribution of high-quality goods to over 3,700 nonprofit organizations and educational institutions across the United States and Canada.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Assist in crafting engaging copy for various platforms.
- Contribute to the development of social media strategies.
- Engage in graphic design tasks adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Support general administrative functions as needed.
Commitment:
This internship requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week over a span of 12 weeks. Flexibility in working hours is available.
Internship Duration:
The internship typically lasts for 12 weeks, and while this position is unpaid, we are happy to provide documentation for academic credit or other requirements.
Interview Process:
Applicants will participate in a single interview with the marketing director. Please include a brief writing or graphic design sample with your application. During the interview, candidates will indicate their preference for specialization in Social Media, Marketing, or Graphic Design.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with experience in Google Drive and Google Calendar.
- Familiarity with professional email communication and meeting protocols.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in social media, writing, or marketing is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will have academic backgrounds in marketing, English, or sustainability.
