Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our global remuneration policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive remuneration policies and programs to ensure sound governance and compliance.
- Provide expert advice to HR Business Partners and management on global remuneration matters.
- Manage the annual salary review process and variable pay programs.
- Conduct cost analyses to ensure remuneration programs are effective and aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in compensation surveys to determine market salary data and the company's competitive position.
- Prepare high-quality presentations for management, HR stakeholders, and employees.
- Develop communication materials and remuneration training programs.
- Participate in various projects to improve the employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation, with consulting experience being an asset.
- Knowledge of compensation in an international context.
- Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs.
- Rigorous with proven time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience with integrated HR systems, such as SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal.
