Cook - Food Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team at Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our menu and quality standards.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
As a Cook at Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and physical demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet our high standards.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, work under pressure.
