About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Work Environment

As a Cook at Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail, physical demands, and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You must be able to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail, fast-paced work, and repetitive tasks.
