Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Pump Jacks Saloon and Steakhouse. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and physically demanding tasks.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing kitchen conditions and priorities.
- Initiative: Take initiative to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Organized: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Reliability: Ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
