Key Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a CPA designation (CA, CMA, or CGA).
  • 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation for privately held businesses is essential.
  • A CPA with a strong interest in taxation, eager to pursue the In-Depth Tax program for further technical training.
  • Experience with agricultural clients is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and goal achievement is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative spirit are necessary for team dynamics.

The selected candidate will benefit from comprehensive technical training and hands-on experience in their designated area. As they develop essential technical knowledge, they will also enhance their skills in diagnostic analysis, project management, and information management. Furthermore, there will be opportunities to cultivate leadership, communication, and interpersonal competencies within the firm.
