Retail Store Manager

Chachula Enterprise Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our store, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 3-4 sales workers, including assigning duties, hiring, and training staff.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, order merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all security and safety protocols are in place, including conducting regular criminal record checks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
