About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Chachula Enterprise Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
