About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 1868840 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that all standards are met.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, reliability, team player
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
