About the Role

As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and supporting our culinary team in preparing and serving delicious meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and place dishes in storage areas.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Keep records of food quantities used, and assist with inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, appliances, and work surfaces.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
