Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Dr Amorim & Dr Torres Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train office staff, including providing guidance on administrative procedures and ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the office and other departments, ensuring that communication is clear and effective.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
