About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Bar K2 Ranch Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Implement and maintain farm safety and bio-security procedures to protect our livestock and crops.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control and production records to optimize our yields and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs to ensure the health and well-being of our animals.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure optimal crop yields and quality.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Perform general farm duties as required to support the smooth operation of our farm.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Overtime may be required to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of our farm.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
