Farm Supervisor Job Description

Bar K2 Ranch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our livestock and crop programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the farm.
