Farm Supervisor Job Description

Bar K2 Ranch Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
