About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Bar K2 Ranch Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Workers: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Maintain Farm Safety and Bio-Security: Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain quality control and production records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Livestock and Crop Management: Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs, as well as growing and other crop-related operations.
  • Machinery and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform general farm duties as required to support the smooth operation of the farm.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Supervision: Supervise and oversee the work of 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail, and be prepared for overtime.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
